Great Fridge

Great features and style

Owned for 4 yrs, leaks twice!!!!

Bought this model of fridge 4 yrs ago. It is a great fridge and produces excellent drinking water and ice. Works great. Major downfall is that we have had flood damage due to a cracked valve where the waterline is hooked up to the fridge. The valve decides where the water goes (ice machine or drinking dispenser). We have had to make two separate insurance claims because of this and suffered major flood damage to our floors. Whirlpool will not help us in this situation. The same valve has cracked twice on us. It is obviously a poor design!!!!! Very disappointed in Whirlpools effort to work with us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fit our Space Perfectly!

We really like the freezer on the bottom. And we love the look of the fridge. It is so quiet, we almost don't think it is running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shocked how small the fridge was when it was delivered. It was noticeable difference. Also, I didnt realize that I purchased a water only fridge. I thought it was Ice & Water - Nope. My mistake from not reading the specs more. This 20 cu ft fridge is smaller inside than my last fridge. Especially the freezer. We had to give away meat because we were unable to get all of it in our new freezer.
