freezer frosting

Purchased in a hurry from an appliance dealer, because other frige died on a Saturday morning, and they had this one in stock and could deliver the same day. Had repair man here twice in 6 months because refrigerator part was not getting cold enough and the freezer section was icing up. Replaced damper and heater. Technician said the heater frame is bent and diverting cold air away from top area. Waiting for third visit. Refrigerator is 6 months old. If we weren't in a bind I don't know if we would have purchased this brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this fridge for our small condo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the 2 upper french doors and wanted a pull out freezer below. Also the outside water dispenser. No more buying heavy gallons of water for our coffee maker. just fill it from the fridge.

Perfect size for small family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It keeps produce at eye level so those items are the first items grabbed. I love the adjustable shelf that I can move for taller items. I really like the air filter & the produce saver. As soon as the plumber can replace my water line we look forward to having cold water.

the model has long term issues that cause freezing

Better than last model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I need the width of this fridge... water filter easy to get too...ice cubed much better than last model...the flap between the 2 front door does not collect water as the old one did. Still dislike that tall items don't fit unless u remove a shelf...storage in freezer is still a pain...all on a tilt
