Two Broken Parts in Brand New Fridge - Bad Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge had a broken water dispenser and broken freezer rail. My fridge filled with water the first night ruining food items and creating a big mess. Whirlpool said I had to stay home for 8 hours to wait for a repairman in two weeks. Only fixed the water dispenser and not the rail. So now another 4-hour window that I have to stay home for. Missing 1.5 days of work, lost groceries and a lot of anger...Whirlpool's response was to blame the inability of their service contractor to find workers in this hot job market.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Call for product, awful company

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The icemaker doesn’t work. I called for warranty repair, and the rudest repairman came and cleaned it with the filter – – the original filter that came with the refrigerator but even when I changed the filter, it still doesn’t make ice.

Noisy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would not recommend. This refrigerator is extremely noisy. Makes a loud ringing noise almost constantly, loud enough to hear from rooms away. Strange siren-like noise when closing the freezer door. Small inside, little room for tall items such as milk containers. Water dispenser drips when not in use.

It's great so far
