Great features, but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about ten months of use, one of the slides on the freezer drawer has come loose. The screw holding it in place no longer stays in so the slide catches on it, preventing it from fully closing, which prevents the drawer from closing. I hope this isn’t indicative of the fridge’s long term durability.
