[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this after my fridge died. It fits in my small space and was a French door style which was something I wanted. Due to Covid there was a delay getting a plumber to connect the ice maker. The instructions were not clear as to where the connection was, said on the left, it was on the right. I was lucky to find someone and they too thought the instructions were not clear.
The fridge has a pull back shelf which is helpful and there is plenty of room for me-not a large group here. Water dispenser fine, ice maker slow but okay, and the bottom freezer seems to be on the small side but it’s not a big refrigerator in general.

This refrigerator runs a lot and I called to make sure that was okay and they said it was. I will be checking my electric bill since the figures that came with for running this fridge were reasonable.
I like the fact that it is fingerprint resistant too.
If you are thinking of getting this model you should really look at whether the capacity will work for you.

A mixed bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and while I like the French door feature, overall, the experience was only been so-so. First. Installation was difficult. The installers were going to leave without putting it in the kitchen until I insisted they take the doors offf the new fridge to get it in. Them, it wasn’t installed level and the screws tight enough, so the doors kept hitting each other. I had to have installers come back again within the month to fix it. They asked me for the tool to make it level. Shouldn’t they have this? It’s difficult to change the height of the shelves so I can’t put a gallon of milk or iced tea in the fridge anywhere. It’s better than my old refrigerator but overall, not the best experience,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge along with 3 other Whirlpool appliances and am very glad I did. I have had some time to acclimatize to it and find it is really spacious and I can see where everything is at a glance. I love the space saving door storage, ice maker and water. It is a huge upgrade from what I had in the past. I did have to call for a repair and even that was handled extremely well. The local company called within an hour of me contacting Whirlpool, made an appointment to come and look, ordered some new parts and, within a week or two had the replacement parts installed and working perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
