[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery charge was huge! Would have been nice if it had included setup! My 65 yr old husband had to pull it in the house, set it up after he removed the old one! Poor service good tefrigeratit

Nice compact features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a couple months ago when we had just started the lockdown due to COVID-19. My 5-yrs old fridge compressor broke down and The manufacturer of that fridge couldn’t get a tech out to replace it, which was very disappointing. I had to scramble to find online a store to deliver and haul a fridge with a footprint that would fit the space and my family’s needs. I wanted a Whirlpool this time around for its known durability. Hoping I chose well! This fridge is smaller than my previous but has a convenient moveable shelve and nice size door shelves that fit gallon size drinks, condiments etc. I did find a little strange the smaller veggie drawer. I wish both drawers were same sizes but I have learned to deal with it and use it for smaller items. I also would prefer a moveable separador in the freezer drawer to allow better distribution of food but have learned to distribute my food as needed. Overall I do recommend this fridge. It works well and it’s a beautiful smudge proof refrigerator , which I appreciate.

The space inside is much roomier than expected water dispenser and ice maker work perfectly. Installation was not difficult. So happy I got this. It’s a great buy!

Defects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge, but there have been some issues after I purchased it. The reservoir in the back froze up after one month of having The fridge. I called for a service tag because it was still under manufactures warranty. He said it was a faulty reservoir, and will have to set up a later date to install it. They sent another tech out two weeks later, and he said it wasn’t a faulty reservoir. They have set up another service date and said they will replace a thermostat. My fridge still will not produce any ice and will not dispense water. I’ve had it a little over two months. But other than that it is pretty cool I guess. But a big thank you to whirl pool for not charging me for these service tech visits.
