Best feature? Ice!

shelf options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we purchased our fridge a few weeks ago, We didn't have much of an option to shop around due to the Corona virus but I guess we figured since we had a Whirlpool fridge prior that had 1/2 shelves which allowed us options to move things around to fit taller items.
This fridge has virtually NO options for taller items like milk, other than the small area on top where the shelf slides back and can fit 2 or 3 items. We have to admit we are very disappointed with the options for shelving in this new fridge. 1/2 shelves are a better option for being able to keep our food cold and still be able to have the foods we want. Today I took out a small turkey and it's a challenge to fit a 12 lb Turkey and a gallon of milk and a bottle of juice in that area. I can't imagine what we will do when we get to Thanksgiving or other holidays. Other than the shelf options the fridge is working well, I do have to say it is considerably noisier than our old Whirlpool fridge was. We are happy with the freezer on the bottom and the stainless outside as well as the water in the door and ice in the drawer. The fridge is great other than what I stated above. Thanks for asking.
