[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is so easy to use. Everything is right in front of you. Plenty of room for a 19CU. Ft. The engineers really did a good job arranging the shelves. The water dispenser is outside of the unit making really esy to get cold drinking

Some problems

Definitely low end product: the small crisper draw will not close due to design errors with the water dispenser hose cover and the water dispenser shuts off with a very loud noise, this may indicate future repair issues. It also came missing some parts which were sent to me to install.

Bad Start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about six weeks ago and two weeks after purchase a horrible smell was come from the units interior. We called the dealer who in turn called a Whirlpool service center. The problem was excess silicone on the auto defrost element which had been sloppily applied. Several days later and ruined food it was replaced. Bad start.

Unexpected Christmas "Gift"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 20+ refrigerator bit the dust 5 days before Christmas. We had been researching and checking out appliances. We knew we had limited space for our fridge. This was the only one available on such short notice. Luckily, we knew that Whirlpool had high ratings in Consumer Reports, so we took a chance. So far, so good. I love that I have more space; it's surprisingly deep, and I love having the freezer on the bottom. Freezer drawers are well constructed; easy to clean. Not just grated, like a couple refrigerators we looked at. I also like the sliding shelf that rolls back to allow for tall items..
My only concern is that the door shelves seem a bit flimsy. No way I'll put heavy milk and juice cartons in them. (reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.)
