Long time since we had a new frig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old refrigerator after 26 years decided it was time for a new one and one with a different lay out we love that we can open two doors and see what is inside plus the freezer will keep ice cream.

Some very good, some well...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this maybe a month ago. I have wanted French doors for so long, now I know that should have stayed a dream. The Freezer section rocks! We both love the layout with the top tray and split lower section all work together to make life easier, as in I can find items needed much easier and with less bending (handicapped) for long periods of time. The Refrigerator section however, leaves much to be desired. The door units are not really well designed, with little options for tall items. The shelves themselves, well the saving grace is the retractable portion of one shelf. There is really not enough room to navigate for many items I usually keep in the fridge. The Carbon Filter does not seem to be working at all! The indicator light says it is working, but we both agree, there seems to be something off as we are already considering putting a box of baking soda in the fridge to help the issue of smells. The Owners' Manuel states "No need for baking soda box". Hmmmmmm! The Water Filter is Great. We love the location, making it so easy to change out when the time comes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the ample room inside this frig is wonderful. The doors hold much more than you think. There is plenty of room in the freezer. Very pleased. My last whirlpool lasted 26 years and was still running when replaced with this.
