Bought before Christmas like the smaller work bowl used the dicing disc once worked great sliced potatoes a couple of times like the adjustable slicing disc

Basically I like this food processor. I have not used it enough to give a detailed review, but here's what I have noticed. When shredding, the food gets caught in the rim of the bowl. When dicing, the last of the food gets caught in the blades. I could not figure out that the pusher ( metal part) must be in place for the processor to work when shredding.

The dicing kit is totally squishing the softer veggies like peppers and the harder veggies like carrots get stuck in the blade and it takes forever to be clean out the stuck veggies - soft or hard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Product But Still There Are Problems!

This is a wonderful product! I do have trouble when I am trying to slice celery. More often than not, a whole to nearly whole piece will not be successfully sliced. It is very frustrating! I am using the correct blade, also.

Makes otherwise laborious recipes easy. The Cuisinart makes recipes that require a lot of chopping and slicing accessible. Recipes that I would not have attempted I am now doing: soups and scalloped potatoes for example.
