I like my new food processor. It took me several weeks to decide which food processor to buy but, since I had already owned a Cuisinart, I decided to go with them again. This elemental 13 cup processor is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. It does take up a little bit of room on the counter but it’s worth it to me. I love the tool box. It is so nice to be able to wash the accessories and put them right back where they belong. The locking or safety system is a little confusing at first but I have figured it out. The machine feels sturdy and has worked perfectly. It actually chops and grated in no time. I love it and would buy it again.

I bought this food processor a few weeks ago.. I’ve been dicing up a storm! My family and I have gone vegetarian this past year- let me tell you; I had been dicing by hand for hours per meal. Think cooking for an army.. :-/ That was then- This is Now brrrrrr... rrrrrrhhhh- hmmmmm... that baby is purring like a kitten!! I’d have given it 5 stars but the smallest piece of the presser fell and it lost a couple of pronged edges- I thought it chipped pretty easily; a little bit more easily than it should have...

Previously I owned a classic Cuisinart Food Processor and loved it for it's many years of durability ease of clean up.Got the Elemental for it's additional features and find that most parts are cheaper quality materials and ease of scraping and cleaning of the container and lids are difficult due to a bumpy over crevised design. I do like the wider chute option and chuteless lid option. I don't anticipate it having a long life with the daily use I give it. I will certainly return to the classic next time.

I bought this processor about a month ago and can't believe I didn't buy it years ago. My wife doesn't cook so I do all the cooking. We often entertain groups of 10 to 20 people which meant that I would literally spend the better part of a day with a chef's knife and cutting board. I am now able to do in an hour or less, what used to take the better part of the day. So far I have used the processor for bread and pizza dough, shredding cheese and veggies, homemade hummus, dicing and slicing. The adjustable slicing blade is wonderful. This machine is a beast and takes on every task with ease and precision. Thank you Cuisinart. You have hit this one out of the park.

I have been using the original Cuisinart for 35 years. This one was a big disappointment.
The motor was extremely noisy and the buttons difficult to push. The slicer and shredder wobbled, and I had to hold down the power button continuously to grate cheddar cheese. The food pusher is too small for potatoes, cucumbers and zucchini. It also has tiny open spaces where food and water can collect and which are difficult to clean and impossible to dry. The description implies the flat lid will work with the small bowl, but it works only with the large bowl. The lids fit securely, but are a struggle to place correctly. The storage container is open on the bottom, so that if the slicing disk is in the wrong position, you could cut yourself as you remove it from the cupboard.
All in all, it promised to be more work than using a sharp knife and a cutting board. I returned it. I have purchased a more expensive but better designed brand.

After reviewing several models, I chose this one since it has the dicing component and the nice storage options for all the accessories. It doesn't disappoint! I've been very happy with this purchase.

This is my first FP and so far I’m pleased. I’ve used it for shredding, pureeing , whipping cream and for nut butter to name a few and it’s worked like a champ. I also dig having the smaller work bowl for chopping herbs , garlic and even a sala dressing for 4 . In addition the spiralizer 3 disk attachment blades makes zoodles fast and with the large shoot it’s a breeze to feed larger zucchini. My only problem with my champ is that the plastic bowl feels like it could be more sturdy and a stronger handle attached to the bowl so us men don’t feel like it can break or crack . As for the grater my only wish is that it could grate cheese finer than it does especially for Parmesan cheese. I would recommend this device to anyone who loves to cook because now that I own mine it makes all the prep work a thing of the past and I can cook my awesome meals in a breeze . I love my Cuisinart food processor. Sincerely Raymond

We bought this about 6 months ago and have used it many times and is excellent. We have used all the attachments and basically happy with it. The Dicer Attachment is a bit challenging to use since it leaves a lot of food stuck in the blades and slightly difficult to remove with the cleaning tool. We also had one incident when removing the large pusher and the medium pusher fell out and a piece of plastic cracked and broke off the medium pusher but still usable. But otherwise, we have used it a lot and happy
