New food processor is definitely an upgrade

I've had a Cuisinart food processor for many years and it was still working. I saw an ad about the new machine that had a dicing feature plus a small bowl so I decided it was time for an upgrade. So far I've been very pleased. The new machine is lighter but stronger and the speed buttons are great (the old machine was just off or on). I like the disc storage box since it keeps the sharp pieces -and me- safer. I haven't tried all the features yet but the instruction book is very clear on assembly and operation. Cuisinart never fails to provide great machines that preform perfectly and when I'm in the market for something I always look at Cuisinart first. I have the dual coffee maker, blender, air fryer, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works great and is easy to clean. My only quibble is that there are no metric gradations on the work bowl. Also, a grating disk like the one for older Cuisinart food processors would be nice for parmesan and other hard cheeses.

Love the machine, but feed tube was cracked

I love how this food processor works and the accessories. This is an upgrade for me. The problem is that the food feeder tube and frame were cracked and chipped when I received them. I did not notice when I unpacked it, particularly because the food feeder tube has a flower like trim on it. I think something happened in shipping. Kohls literally sent to me in the original box, no additional packaging. Yes, it was packed nicely inside and seemed very secure. It was not until a few weeks ago that I started to use it that I noticed this. I was very disappointed because I feel I should not have to buy replacement parts on a brand new machine.

I was not happy with this food processor, I tried using the dicing blade and the potato jammed the blade and broke the large bowl, so I ended up returning the food processor. I was very disappointed with this machine, instructions in the booklet aren’t very clear and I had to look at your videos on how to set it up for dicing.

Decided to purchase this food processor after checking out the reviews. The food processor does a great job. I've used ever attachment including the dicing attachment. Everything has been so easy to use, easy to clean and quick to put together and use. Highly recommend.

I had the precursor to this food processor for 33 years before my workbowl finally died. As that version had been discontinued, I had no choice but to get a new one. This one stopped working properly after 5 uses. Very disappointed in their new version and I do not recommend it, especially since it is $100 more than the old version was, even 3 years ago
