Poor Quality

I received the ISBW348BU as a service award from my company.
I used it for about 10 hours and the volume controls stopped working.
If you power it off and back on the volume returns to a very low level and will not increase at all.
You can turn it all the way down but never up at all.
Buy a BOSE
