Deficient hard drive

I purchased the Dell G5 gaming laptop a year ago, and I was very disappointed. The computer was extremely slow for a brand new device and the disk usage was always at 99 or 100%. After installing an m.2 ssd the performance was way better. Not only could I actually run titles like Fortnite and Overwatch on higher settings, but Windows was much snappier and fun to use. Wouldn't recommend this device from a reliability standpoint...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
