I received this freezer a month ago and has been working very well. It has me our expectations. The 9.4 cu ft is sufficient for our needs. The light in the door is very handy since we have this freezer in the corner of our garage. I am giving it 5 stars because we have no negatives.

So much needed space!

We bought this freezer because the kids were home and we needed more space for food. It has the light in it, and plenty of the space we needed. With all the crazy this year, this made things so much more bearable.

Like so many others, had to wait month for a freezer to be available. This one is just the right size and appears functional and easy to use. Delivery was a breeze- arrived exactly when it was scheduled.

Exactly what we wanted

We bought this in May but didn't receive it until August due to delays with production. But it was worth the wait! We have a small basement so we were limited in size, so this size was perfect. Actually bigger than I though, it will hold a decent amount. The top baskets are handy. LOVE the light in the lid. It came with a lock which we won't use but I guess it could be helpful for some people. It also comes with keys and a tiny scraper for defrosting, which I hung on the side on a little plastic hook. I also love that the lid STAYS UP on its own, so we don't have to hold it up when we're bent over getting food in or out. We had a plug installed on a separate breaker before it was delivered with a power off alert, so if the breaker trips for some reason, an alarm will sound so we don't lose our food. I built a wheeled platform to put it on so we can easily move it it we have to (did I mention we have a small basement?) I did read the instructions and it advised putting furniture polish on it (which struck me as odd) but I did it, thinking that it may protect the finish from any mildew if it gets damp in the basement. The only thing I am surprised by is that it has only been a month and I already see a small amount of frost built up on the inside and around the lid. I've never owned a chest freezer before so maybe that's normal, but I thought it would be awhile before we saw frost starting. Overall VERY happy with this purchase!
