Replaced an older chest freezer with this model. For the price, this unit is packed with features of much more expensive models. Plugged it in and has been working well since.

Love my new Hotpoint Freezer

My new freezer is spacious, has a light. 2 baskets, temperature control, locks, all things my old chest freezer did not have. And best of all, the lid stays open when I am looking for a specific item, rather than falling on my head!

Very cold. Does a good job. There's a light on the lid, which is nice.
