Broke after one week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited a month for this brand new model. It worked one week and then the water dispenser quit working! Really!! It took another week to get guy out and the part is hopefully being replaced today. One other negative is that you have to push the ice/water buttons so hard to release ice/water from the dispenser that some people will have trouble getting ice and/or water out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge 2 months ago when my 18 year old Maytag finally bit the dust. Has several features I love... it’s very roomy and has great lighting inside. The ice and water in the door are very convenient. It is so much quieter than my old fridge. The two things I don’t love about it are the missing butter shelf, and the stupid drawers in the freezer. The drawers are deep and narrow which make the items in it difficult to access. I much prefer the wire bins from the old freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Refrigerator with a couple of drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are two things we don't like about the refrigerator:
1) The shelves in the refrigerator compartment are not adjustable.
2) I like having the ice dispenser in the door but it's difficult to keep the ice from missing the glass if it's not a really wide mouth glass so some of the cubes end up on the floor.
