Great fridge cool features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge last month and its awesome. Lots of space, the filtered for the water works great super tasty and nice and cold. It has some cool features. It measures the water as you fill you cup or if you want a specific amount you punch it in and it fills your cup with the exact amount. Very easy to use. Love my new fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator! So spacious. I unloaded my old one into the new one and had so much room leftover. The one thing I do wish it had is an area for butter. I can live without it I guess and that may be a kind of old school thing anyway. It looks so sleek and nice sitting i my kitchen. I love the adjustable drawers and the way the ice maker is made. This is a really nice refrigerator!

Terrible “service” and bad electronics

I bought this 6 months ago. Within the first few weeks, the panel began to randomly go off (which means no ice, water or controls). It has so far come back on eventually. I called service and they sent out Guinco. They said - although this is NOT included in the product advertisements - that it needs to be on a dedicated circuit. They did nothing but say that. It continues to happen. I called again, hoping for a technician that would fix the fridge. Got the same one saying the same thing and doing nothing at all to the fridge. The problem continues and they do not care. There was NOTHING to tell the consumer that an added electric wiring expense could/would be needed for the fridge to work correctly. I will NOT buy Whirlpool again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great but confusing controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great appliance but the touch pad controls are kinda confusing. Try to change settings with just playing around with it, but it was not possible. I should have not had to get out the manual.
