Really quiet

18in dishwasher is really quiet and does clean dishes well. Only downside is shortest cycle is 48mins but does ensure dishes are clean

Packaging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best packaging design I have seen. But pkg this did not prevent base of door on both sides from being bent. I cannot imaging the force that caused dents. I straightened dents. Door closes ok. Also external rubber seal on one side crimped. In my case this seal did not impact installation. Washer works properly.

Decent, but weird layout and doesn’t dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to clean well and is very quite. A bit challenging to load, there’s no good place for large utensils. Doesn’t really dry, plastic tupperware especially isn’t getting dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would like a better manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The manual could be more comprehensive. I will have to google why the 90-min cycle took about 4 hours. And to see a recommended loading diagram. It's very different from the larger capacity dishwashers I have used.
I thought it was super quiet but then I realized it wasn't actually doing anything. Once it started it was pretty quiet.

We are glad to assist with the cycle time of your dishwasher. It is normal for many dishwashers to run for up to two hours or more under certain conditions. For example, the wash cycle time may be long on cycles such as Heavy Wash and AutoSense. Super Quiet Compact dishwasher
