like everyone else, I noticed that it doesn't dry all dishes equally (plastics generally don't dry well) but definitely helps to add drying agent. Otherwise, this is great, small footprint, uses little water, and cleans the dishes. Just what I needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good basic dishwasher

For a basic dishwasher this one cleans well and is super quiet. The quality of the stainless is not the greatest so shows every finger print but cleans up nicely. My favorite feature is that it actually cleans the dishes which is great. There is no dry cycle which I guess I didn't realize so I run it right after supper and open the door to air dry before bed. Probably saves energy. It is so quiet you cannot really hear it. So far am happy with the product.

I am not pleased with this purchase. The machine does not clean well, the dishes are wet when removed from dishwasher. The utensil and basket layout is just about useless. I feel I can do a better job just tossing the dishes in rather than trying to use the racks. Very, very disappointing purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet, efficient, but...

We've got a pretty small kitchen so we needed an 18 inch dishwasher. I'm thrilled with its performance, but the lower rack design is really inefficient. It's great if you wash nothing but plates, but who washes only plates??

We love the dish washer it is so quiet a lot of times I have put my hand on the door to be sure it is actually on and it cleans so well we have not used a anything but light wash .Standing next to it talking to my son he had to put his hand on it also to prove it was on hw was very impressed too
