Very quiet

Where pros are concerned, this dishwasher is so quiet! It is the quietest I've ever owned. And the cosmetic design of the front is very elegant. On the cons side, I'm not fond of the dish rack designs. My old 18" easily held eight dinner plates and eight salad/deserts on the bottom rack, plus 3+/- small bowls, or one large bowl and two smaller. This rack just won't do that. My dinner plates do not fit in the area where the silverware rack is, and they slant so far over, they practically lay on top of one another. The top rack isn't bad, except that on the lower of the two tracks, which would allow, say, a pot or bigger bowl to be put up there, I can't put dinner plates in the lower rack because then the upper rotating spray arm hits them. Another con: the instruction book says that unless you open the door as soon as the light comes on to say the cycle is over, your dishes will not dry properly. But if you open the door, hot, wet air comes out, rising to soak the cabinets/trim above/around it. To my mind, this is an important design flaw. Final con: no quick rinse or air dry features. If it were not for the rack design and the drying issue, this would have been a five star review. As it is, two is the best I can offer.

Limited size with limited function

The product installed easily into existing location. Product performance was far below what costs and product description suggested. There is not ample space for dishes, b no stretch of the imagination, my previous product of the same dimension was able to handle greater capacity of dishes and dish sizes.

The spacing in the racks is awkward, too many large gaps for dishes and pan handles to fall through. Granted it is an 18” dishwasher so you expect to make exceptions, but I find I run the machine more frequently with less dishes included in cycle. Sorry to say even the flatware caddy doesn’t work, too small and flops around. To top it off, you have to open the door after cycle finishes so as to let the steam out if you want the dishes to dry. This machine did cost more than an average one due to small size and I wanted white, now a premium color, instead of stainless. On the plus side is it is quieter than my old machine which lasted 12 years. I rated it two stars, I appreciate there is less noise and at least the dishes are clean, but I wouldn’t make this purchase again.

Dont Purchase; No Drying Feature

I was really disappointed with this model. There is no actual "drying" feature to select. In short, there is no actual drying mechanism, the unit relies solely on the "air" to dry the contents. Regardless of how much drying agent you add to the unit, everything is sopping wet. I called out a technician and they said there isnt anything that can be done, this is a typical issue with the model that theres no fan, and no actual feature that will dry the contents. All of my dishes come out soaking wet, with a watery film on them and I end up rewashing most of it. The stuff that isnt covered in water I can hand dry but this all 100% defeats the purpose of purchasing a dishwaser.

Gets Dishes Very Clean!

This small dishwasher cleans very well. I do miss my larger washer but am learning to handwash larger cooking items that won't fit well. Also wish the bottom rack arms would
fold down to accommodate larger casserole dishes and pans.

Little workhorse

I reworked a small kitchen, and in order to get the maximum storage I needed a smaller-than-usual dishwasher. This 18” beauty fit into the scheme perfectly. It’s all I need, and I put it to work immediately to help me clean my dishes and cabinetware of traces of construction dust. It’s performing exactly as I need, and it looks great.
