Super Quiet, Super spacious. Love it!

Can't get over how quiet this dishwasher is. Had it now three weeks (the one prior was installed properly, and damaged by the installers). I was amazed how quiet it was before. This one was installed correctly and it's even more quiet than the one prior. Very happy with this appliance and definitely recommend it for those who are needing a smaller size unit.

Perfect 18" cabinet switch

This was the right size to fit the 18 inch drawer we removed next to the sink. The cabinet came out, disher went in perfect. The stainless matched our other appliances and had no large decals to distinguish between brands. That way the entire kitchen looks identical. Only two of us, so it is convenient for putting dishes, silverware and glasses in all day and run it once. Good design, good price, easy install, minimal features, but does what we want. We only recently installed the unit. Dependability has not been determined yet. Cleans well with just a little pre-rinse.

My new dishwasher works great and the feature are easy to use and the sanitizer is new and different for me. After replacing my old one after 20 years thanks for a nice product.

Great GE Dishwasher

Many people warned us against buying a compact dishwasher. The GE Profile, however really holds a lot. CDC’s come out very clean without any residue and the machine is super quiet! We are very happy with our GE Profile.

no drying 2weeks old wet dishes

I am not happy that there is no drying cycle built in on this model..I was not told that it had only condensate dry which is really stupid... I would have not purchased this and stayed with the old one I had that still worked well..We just wanted an up grade... Advertizement would have been better if the condensate dry was explained better...

Could be designed much better.

Number of washing choices is nice. But....the way the upper and lower racks are designed is absolutely horrible. Our 13 year old Frigidaire racks were designed much, much more practicable. We like the feature of the silverware rack not being in the middle of the lower rack thinking we would have more room and options for the lower rack. That is one of the primary reasons we bought it. I'm not crazy about the "hump" in the silverware rack, maybe that was over thought. The GE seems to be designed for dainty small plates and not heavy daily dishware. There is no place to stack our daily bowls. The instructions show they can be stacked down the middle of the upper rack, but the tongs (?) are too close together for the bowls. If we could fold down every other one, that might work Doesn't work for us. If we lower the upper rack, a design feature l really like but can't use because, if we lower the rack, our daily plates won't fit on the bottom rack without touching the spray arm. So the upper rack has to stay were it is. I guess we can live with that. I like the idea of the fold down racks for larger items and It does clean rather well.
