It was brand new and the heating element doesn’t work. After the wash, the dishes are soaking wet and won’t dry —- ever!! Piece of junk & I’m trying to to get someone to fix it — still under warranty—-
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We want to help you with the drying performance of your dishwasher. We recommend making sure the inlet water temperature connected to your unit is at least 120°F. Additionally, check the rinse agent dispenser and fill as required (we recommend using high quality detergent in tablet or packet form).
If your issue persists after troubleshooting, we recommend scheduling service with one of our Bodewell technicians by calling 1-833-426-3393 or visiting us online at: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

White Noise
on July 15, 2025
Posted by: KeyW
It may be strange but I enjoy listening to the dishwasher as I head off to bed, its not loud at all but i consider it a white noise so I usually dont start it until the end of the day. It cleans well and on its shortest cycle it doesn't take long to do so.

We would like to give you some information regarding loading for your unit. We recommend checking pages 8 to 9 of the owner's manual here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--PlyoDrRN--/nser6ngcq4tbkwmtah8i.pdf
Additionally, we are going to pass your comments regarding the unit's capacity to our product team for review.

It works!

Noise level pretty quiet. The only issue I have with the machine is the drying. I have to open the door after the washer says it is done to let the dishes dry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Si quiet when compared to my old dish washer. Love the fact that I don't have to rinse my dishes before loading them. I love it!

Your feedback is extremely important to us. We will pass these comments regarding the drying performance along to our product team to review. For proper drying, the dishwasher door must be opened immediately after the clean light comes on.

Aside from being pretty noisy, this dishwasher does the job.
