Fits a space too small for a standard dishwasher.

Had to pick the ADA model because my opening is 1/4” too short for a standard dishwasher. Best part is it fits. I find the racks don’t hold dishes as securely as other dishwashers. There is always clanking when the bottom rack is rolled in. Half of the bottom rack only holds small plates. Wish there was a feature to turn off the heated dry cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our dishwasher works great but a piece broke off before we even closed on the house. Luckily they mailed us a replacement piece!

Very Small and limited features

I had to buy this to replace an old dishwasher. Since the prior owner didn't put the floor tile all the way to the wall this was my only option because the counter was a little too low for all of the other models. It is very small, and has hardly any features. Not loving it. Great for 1 person, not for a family.

Does not Clean Dishes

We have found that the detergent pods do not evaporate/get used up approximately half of the time. Very frustrating as we open the dishwasher the next day and it is still dirty and therefore we have to run it again so we are using double the water and electricity and sometimes even requites a third run! On top of that it leaked the first week and now every once and again it leaks again from the door seal. :(

The dishwasher powder dispenser sometimes does not open or powder does not dissolve. Gel pack dishwasher cleaner do not dissolve, either?

Hi germanymom - We're sorry to hear of any difficulty with your dishwasher. We suggest you check the water temperature. Hot water is needed to dissolve and activate the detergent so that it can loosen and remove common food soils. The hot water heater should be set to deliver at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit water to the dishwasher.
To check the water temperature, run the hot water at the kitchen sink and measure the temperature of the running water with a candy or meat thermometer. Adjust the temperature of the water heater accordingly.
