This is a very sleek looking high end appliance! It’s really quiet, a lot better than my old one. So much room inside, especially for silverware!

Do not buy this dishwasher

I have no choice but to have this dishwasher (it’s in my apartment) and I hate it. My decades old dishwasher at my old apartment did a better job cleaning and drying my dishes than this piece of junk. The soap dispenser doesn’t open half the time, so after wasting 2 hours I find that not only does this thing do not actually DRY your dishes, it doesn’t even WASH them half the time. It really needs a drying element also, “condensation dry” doesn’t work. I don’t know who this is “energy efficient” for because it definitely wastes a lot of my energy, and water having to rewash dishes another 2hrs

Easy to use and gets everything clean! It does have a high pitch that irritates my smaller dog so I run it when we’re not home or going to bed so it does not bother her.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There are no features other than wash. The worst dishwasher I have ever had. The tray configuration, top and bottom is terrible. The tray quality is weak, and the soap dispenser tray never opens.

We're so sorry you're having issues with your lower rack. We can certainly understand how disruptive something like this can be and we're more than happy to help!
Here is a cleaning and lubrication suggestion specifically for the lower rack:
1.) Remove the lower rack and set it in your kitchen sink.
2.) Clean the track of the lower dishwasher rack with a solution of warm water and dish soap. Scrub the track with a brush to remove any built-up of debris. Wipe off the track with a wet cloth to remove dish soap residue. Be sure to get all of the dish soap residue out of the dishwasher.
3.) Clean the dishwasher rack wheels with a scrub brush or an old toothbrush and warm soapy water to remove any built-up of calcium, magnesium, lime or soap scum. Thoroughly rinse off the wheels and dry them with a paper towel or soft cloth.
4.) Spray the wheels with vegetable oil. Spin the wheels to coat the spindles that the wheels are on with the oil. This stops the wheels from squeaking and makes the rack roll smoother along the track. Wipe off any excess vegetable oil with a paper towel or soft cloth.
5.) Replace the rack. Test the wheels to ensure that they are properly lubricated and roll smoothly. If they do not, spray on additional vegetable oil.
If you try these suggestions and the rack is still difficult to roll in and out, there may be a problem with the rack mechanism. Please take full advantage of your warranty and schedule a service appointment.
