Hi there, We are glad that you’ve reached out to us for help! Here are some great tips that may help with your dishwasher drying concern: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451
If the detergent pods are not dissolving all the way, we suggest checking water temperature. Hot water is needed to dissolve and activate the detergent, so the hot water heater should be set to deliver at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit water to the dishwasher. Another suggestion is to make sure the pods are not binding the cup cover and preventing it from opening all the way and ensure they are properly lined up in the opening.
We hope this helps and apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. Thanks for choosing GE Appliances! - Sharon@GEA

Hi there, we're very sorry to hear your dishwasher isn't cleaning dishes as well as it should. This is certainly not the expectation we have for our consumers, so we understand why you're frustrated.
We first suggest viewing the following troubleshooting article: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451
If the problem persists, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) or by clicking here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
We hope this helps and we're wishing you the best.
This was the replacement dishwasher from our Home Warranty Service (Cinch). I should have takent he time to overlook the product in the driveway before they installed it. Racks are horrible (Top: Not big enough for tall tumbler cups / Bottom: Like other review, Silverware holder just sits on the bottom, not secured & and the rack will NOT pull out easy .. have to fight it just to get it out / Door: Very flimsy) Very small for size as well ... good enough to small apartment life, but for a family, this will have to run non-stop. If you use Cinch Home Warranty .... stay away from this model and take the money!!! We've used this dishwasher for two weeks and we are just going to put it out for trash/recycle ... what a waste.
If you have to purchase, it does clean dishes, and the heating function is automatic, no option to turn it off.

Hey there, we're pleased to know this unit cleans well, but terribly sorry to see you're having a hard time pulling out your rack and that you're unhappy with the design of your dishwasher. We know how annoying this must be, so for the best help we suggest viewing the following tips: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38988
We hope this helps and we're wishing you the best.
This dishwasher came with the house we just built and we’re planning to buy a new one to replace it. It does not have a standard drying feature and have to take the dishes out immediately otherwise they are soaking wet, this is inconvenient with two babies under 2. The silverware rack just sits in the bottom and does not secure to anything making it very floppy. The bottom rack always comes off the track and feels cheap. Only positives, it is very quiet and the dishes come out clean, despite being wet.

This dishwasher is so quiet, I don't even know when it's running. The delay wash feature is also a pleasant surprise. I like that I can set it to start in 1, 2 3 4 hours later.
