Horrible!

This is by far the worst dishwasher. I have had 3 service calls and only had the dishwasher a few months. It has leaked twice from the door and door wouldn’t close. I will never purchase another GE appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works but Complicated

I hate this dishwasher; It takes too long to wash dishes. (over 2 hours at the normal setting) The settings are hard to understand. I want a dish washer I can quickly turn on and move on with my life. This thing has a bunch of different setting that are unnecessary. The directions are horrible. The dishes are never completely dry. It works and I really can't return it, so I'm stuck with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience using this unit and your comments will be shared with our product team. We're sorry you find the cycle is too long and the settings difficult to use. Once you're ready to use your dishwasher, all of the settings from your previous cycle will be set. All you need to do is press Start and close the door firmly to engage the lock. The unit will begin operating at you pre-selected settings. It is not necessary to change them each time unless you choose to do so. We hope this helps. Vikki@GEA

Clean dishes but where do plates go?

Super clean dish!! Love the way it cleans but I don’t like how there not many rows in bottom for plates. There’s a lot of short slanted slots that aren’t tall enough to hold a plate or bowl in. Confused what those are for…I use that corner for pans mostly. Overall works great just not so much the layout.
