The dishwasher isn’t the nicest looking but it does clean the dishes very well and bigger inside they I thought .

this washer has an odor that has a plastic aroma when in use. The baskets are unstable and fall off track when pulled out. the baskets are very small and the utensil basket sits awkwardly in the basket

Odors associated with new appliances are normal and during initial use you may detect a distinctive plastic smell that is attributed to tub material, chlorine bleach in detergent and the smell of rinse aid. This is normal and the smell will tend to dissipate during normal use. We really appreciate your feedback about the racks and silverware basket. Cleans well but seems like it’s an old model by the looks of it and how cheap it feels (door,racks) .

Bottom Rack

Just installed this brand new dishwasher and have to say I am immediately disappointed in the bottom dish rack. The tines of the majority of the rack are too short so dishes fall over and do not stay in an upright position. If I can get the small plates to stand up then they fall when I gently push the rack back into the basin. This does not make any sense! I feel like this dishwasher is practically useless if the majority of the space on the bottom rack has super short tines and will not hold or fit any of my dishes :(
The exterior stainless steel surface does not resist anything and must constantly be wiped to try to clean but does not clean well.
These are my observations from just owning for a few days.
