This dishwasher is a little smaller than the standard, but it does a great job cleaning the dishes. Some reviews complain that it don’t dry the dishes. It’s true it doesn’t have heated drying, but our dishes are always dry in the morning.
I am so sorry I purchased this machine. I do not understand how it can be on the market with so MANY design flaws. It is my problem. I would return it if I could and Definitely upgrade!!!!!

Hello and congratulations on the new dishwasher. We're so disappointed to hear you are not happy with it and know this can be frustrating with a new appliance. It would be a pleasure to help how ever we can so we have reached out through email. Hope to talk to you soon. - John@GEA
I love my new dishwasher, especially that I can set how long I can wash for and I love the delay start button wash setting as well. I always set my on light wash for 48 mins and it is perfect.
This dishwasher is most poorly designed dishwasher I've ever used - nothing fits. The rack where you put the utensils is loose on the bottom shelf. It slides back & forth and doesn't keep still. The upper rack is difficult to pull out. If you look on the rollers there is flash that prevents it from moving smoothly. We're afraid if we use too much force it will break something. And the bottom rack just completely comes out of the dishwasher & onto the door when you pull it out to load the dishes. There is absolutely no tolerance check on the design of this dishwasher. There also isn't a dry cycle to pick. It says it will sense & dry it automatically. I'm sure it's based on some "environmentally friendly" nonsense study, but the dishes are not dry when the cycle is complete. Terrible dishwasher. Do not buy. We only purchased this dishwasher because our current dishwasher broke, couldn't get the parts because of COVID, & this one was the only one in stock. We should have just chosen to continue to wash our dishes by hand.

Hey there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We sincerely hate to hear you aren't satisfied with the design of the dishwasher. We strive to provide a great ownership experience, and regret that you aren't happy with the racks and the lack of a separate dry cycle; we know this may have been inconvenient.
This model does feature an energy-efficient drying system; it is designed to dry the dishes by allowing the condensation to form on the stainless steel tub walls instead. The dishes then naturally air dry, and this process can be assisted through use of a rinse agent. There are troubleshooting steps if you have trouble with the drying in the manual, linked here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-55124-5.pdf .
Our Design team will be advised of your dissatisfaction with the drying, as well as your concern over the upper rack being difficult to pull out and the lower rack loose. We appreciate you providing your insight, as we always want to make sure to be aware of any potential areas of concern.
Trouble with the bottom rack could be an indication the dishwasher isn't level. There are instructions available on making sure the machine is level; the installation instructions are linked here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-4000247.pdf . The manual also has a section on adjusting the upper rack if that may be useful for you.
We hope the above information helps to address the concerns you have, but if you continue to have trouble or would like to have the racks examined, our service department is available at 1-800-432-2737 and would be glad to help. If you have any other inquiries or concerns, we're always happy to assist. -Sarah@GEA
Horrible. The racks are cheap. The silverware holder is not secured on the bottom rack. Would not purchase again.

I have been happy with this dishwasher since we used the same model in the office at work. I love the quick 48 minute quick wash and happy that it does the job with energy efficiency.
Once the appliance was tested after connecting, it ran quietly. After approximately 10-15 minutes into the cycle, the system abrubtly shut down. The water didn't drain and had to set until serviced. Haven't used it yet after having it for one month. So disappointed.

Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us, and sincerely hate to hear the dishwasher shut down partway through a cycle. We know not being able to use the unit for a month must be very inconvenient, especially when it's new; this is absolutely not the ownership experience we wish to provide.
If the water will not drain, you may want to check that the drain is not clogged. Canceling the cycle by pressing the Start pad for 3 seconds and closing the door will also usually drain the dishwasher. As your unit is not running properly, you may also want to check the circuit breaker or fuse and/or try disconnecting the unit from power for a couple minutes before reconnecting; resetting the electrical components can often help resolve an issue.
Other troubleshooting tips are available in the manual at this link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-55124-5.pdf . We hope some of that information may be helpful, but after reviewing our system we do also see you have an appointment scheduled for later this month. If you are unable to resolve with troubleshooting, the technician will certainly be able to diagnose and repair your dishwasher.
If you have any other questions or concerns, we are always happy to offer assistance. We are confident this issue will be resolved for you soon, so you can start enjoying your new dishwasher. -Sarah@GEA
