Hello, thank you for your review. We are sincerely sorry your dishwasher has not been operating to your standards and truly understand your frustration. Regarding your dishes not drying as well as you would expect, there are a few things to check. For the best wash and dry performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid.
