This dishwasher is so quiet, I don't even know when it's running. The delay wash feature is also a pleasant surprise. I like that I can set it to start in 1, 2 3 4 hours later.
I would recommend this to a friend!

VERY POOR DESIGN / QUALITY

This was the replacement dishwasher from our Home Warranty Service (Cinch). I should have takent he time to overlook the product in the driveway before they installed it. Racks are horrible (Top: Not big enough for tall tumbler cups / Bottom: Like other review, Silverware holder just sits on the bottom, not secured & and the rack will NOT pull out easy .. have to fight it just to get it out / Door: Very flimsy) Very small for size as well ... good enough to small apartment life, but for a family, this will have to run non-stop. If you use Cinch Home Warranty .... stay away from this model and take the money!!! We've used this dishwasher for two weeks and we are just going to put it out for trash/recycle ... what a waste.
If you have to purchase, it does clean dishes, and the heating function is automatic, no option to turn it off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice but soap pod compartment issues

If the detergent pods are not dissolving all the way, we suggest checking water temperature. Hot water is needed to dissolve and activate the detergent, so the hot water heater should be set to deliver at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit water to the dishwasher. Another suggestion is to make sure the pods are not binding the cup cover and preventing it from opening all the way and ensure they are properly lined up in the opening.

Does the job I guess

Bought for a small office for light, occasional use. Only used for coffee mugs, maybe a few bowls and utensils. Went to use it for the very 1st time so wash some food platters and couldn't even get them to fit. The pre-set "spokes" in the bottom where dishes go are very oddly shaped, also the utensil caddy just sort of sits there loose, seems like it should lock in somehow. Top & bottom racks feel rather flimsy, do not slide well. Overall not impressed for a GE.
