Using this was a bit of a learning curve. I'm still not used to the design of the dish rack. However, I already like the silverware caddy design. Like the sleek look of the appliance and the quietness of the cycles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am disappointed that this model does not dry very well. Left water drops on the bowls and anything that was not flat. Also the dishwasher sides, bottom and inside of door needed to be towel dried.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Handsome looking dishwasher

Received this dishwasher as replacement from our warranty company. The unit is the exact same form factor as our previous unit, however, this unit is very handsome, sleek and modern. The buttons are hidden on-top of the door. However, this dishwasher is not as quiet as it advertises, there is no detectible drying element, plastic storage containers do not dry well, the utensils basket is smaller, and it seems to take longer to wash/dry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not what I expected

The dishwasher is a very basic unit that has left us disappointed. The controls inside the front door offer limited cycles. The control buttons seem to be cheaply made and sometimes get stuck. There is no signal when the machine is finished. The racks inside are very basic and cannot be adjusted in any way, making it difficult to accommodate bowls and unusual-sized plates. And the basket for flatware seems very cheap. After 4 weeks there is already a pice broken at the bottom that is causing utensils to slip through and possibly jam the machine. This is a big disappointment and I would not recommend buying this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans dishes well ... but ...

The dishes come through clean and dry ... BUT ... the bottom stacking rack is very poorly designed in our opinion. It holds little flexibility for bowls and serving pieces other than plates. We have too much hand washing of additional pieces and would rather rinse all plates off before putting them into the tub. Also, the top controls are very confusing to operate, plus having to run our faucet to get the water hot before starting the washing process is a nuisance. This is a very disappointing purchase and we wish we hadn't replaced our old dishwasher. Is it possible to get a more efficient bottom rack???
