Almost perfect!

It is perfect in almost every way, good features, pretty appearance, clean and fresh dishes, very little noise… but the capsules I prefer using in the soap compartment don’t dissolve! I have to use a liquid dish soap:-(
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible product

The bottom rack was poorly designed for plates and platters. But more specifically, just after 2 months of use we started encountering issues with it opening/dispensing the soap from the soap compartment. Ultimately we had to abandon the use of pods and just use liquid detergent to get it to work. We went ahead and ate the loss and bought a different dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Small Rack and Wet Dishes

This product looks sleek however the rack layout does not allow for much to be loaded. This machine also does not have a dry cycle. We have loaded up on Jetdry to only find that most dishes are dripping wet when the cycle is complete.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To achieve optimum drying performance, make sure the incoming water temperature is at least 120 degrees F. We recommend running the hot water at the kitchen sink before starting a cycle. However, we do hate to hear you aren’t satisfied with the design, and have had issues with loading the dishwasher and the basket blocking the soap dispenser. We know this may have caused frustration.
We do recommend avoiding loading the large or tall utensils where the detergent dispenser or upper spray arm might be blocked. If it might be useful, we have a section with information on how best to load the dishwasher starting on page 8 of the Use and Care manual. Although smaller the. Your typical dishwasher, it does a great job. And with some good organizational skills, you can get a lot in. The top rack has a better set up then my old dishwasher.

At first we thought it wouldn’t dry because there was not a drying element. But you are surprise when leaving the door open as the direction said after the cycle ended it dries perfectly.
