new dishwasher cleans dishes great with cascade premium and Finnish jet dry no need to rinse before placing items in dishwasher ,cycle is about 2 hours. only issue: learning how to load it correctly .

I don’t like the rack set up of the top shelf. Cups and glasses are hard to get to sit flat. Spaces are not good. Racks don’t roll easily. Dishes aren’t drying well.

Poorly designed rack

The machine cleans dishes well and leaves glasses pretty spotless. It is loud when running. We had a fifteen year old Asko which was much quieter. The rack design is terrible. It cannot hold more than 8 dishes and/or shallow bowls stably. The silverware tray does not fit snugly in place. There is a post designed to prevent the lower rack from rolling out too far. This does not work but prevents it from rolling back in. You have to lift the rack and then it is difficult to realign the wheels on the runners. We only purchased this because we had a restricted clearance below the counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not so easy to use for older folks

Not very easy to get to operate in the beginning. Back and forth to the instruction manual several times.

I would return this dishwasher if I could.

The dishwasher is difficult to load. It is small compacity that is suitable for two people.
The utensil basket moves around in the rack causing the soap dispenser door to not dispense soap properly into the washer.
