Doesn’t dry dishes!

The dishwasher came with the house and it works pretty standard. My biggest problem is that it doesn’t dry the dishes after the cycle is done. The dishes are wet after the washer stops and long after the dishwasher has been off. The drying feature is probably the second most important feature a dishwasher MUST have. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello ComfortP - Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear of the drying issue of your dishwasher. This model has the Condensate Dry feature. With this drying system design, condensation will form on cooler surfaces in a warm humid environment. At the end of a cycle, while the dish load is still hot, the stainless steel tub walls are already cooling down and pulling condensation to form on the tub walls instead of the dishes. This provides natural air drying of the dish load. The use of a rinse agent ensures spot and film protection for dishes and assists the drying process. Not a good model

I really don’t care for it.the shelf’s and utensils box are always shifting. It very often spits the detergent pod in the floor of the dishwasher instead of dissolving it!
