No drying cycle

I moved into a building that has this dishwasher in every unit. Dishwasher's have been around for years, why would anyone create a dishwasher without heat drying. I was disappointed to see water spots on my dishes. I'm stuck with this.

We're glad to provide information on the drying method of your dishwasher. This model has what we call Condensate Dry. With this drying system design, condensation will form on cooler surfaces in a warm humid environment. At the end of a cycle, while the dish load is still hot, the stainless steel tub walls are already cooling down and pulling condensation to form on the tub walls instead of the dishes. This provides natural air drying of the dish load. The use of a rinse agent ensures spot and film protection for dishes and assists the drying process.

We want to share some information regarding the registration process for your dishwasher. For appliances located in Canada, you must register the unit through GE Appliances Canada at geappliances.ca. You can find more information here: https://service.geappliances.ca/servicio/en_CA/.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very basic and straightforward. I had to purchase this one because previous homeowner put new tile floor over existing floor not giving the clearance to pull out old dishwasher and install a regular size dishwasher. Also, the old machine had to be cut out. Consider this potential problem with older homes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It runs quietly and is simple to operate. The removable basket with a handle for silverware is conveniently located at the front. The various hot water options are useful.
lights don't work. It washes but all features don't like sanitize

This was a replacement thru an insurance co. It certainly didn’t mention that it has no heated dry. Only air dry. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

We are happy to provide guidance with this dishwasher. For proper drying, the dishwasher door must be opened immediately after the Clean light comes on. This dishwasher does not include a drying cycle.
Not happy about it being so noisy and not drying. I am use to dryed stuff in my dishwasher

We would like to help and provide some guidance. For proper drying, the dishwasher door must be opened immediately after the ”Clean” light comes on. You can find additional troubleshooting information as well as the normal sounds that you will hear coming from your dishwasher in the manual on page 17 and 18 at the link here: https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--bgO6P4i3--/nser6ngcq4tbkwmtah8i.pdf. If you find after troubleshooting that you are having issues, we recommend scheduling an appointment with our Bodewell Service Team by calling 1-833-426-3393 or online here: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service.
