Does not have drying options, does not dry well, detergent pod doesn’t always melt, wash cycles are very long, rack design is terrible, utensil basket does not have a proper place and it falls over, overall poor design. Very dissatisfied with this product.

We love this dishwasher! It cleans my dishes the first time. I was a bit surprised as to how long some of the cycles are but it is definitely a good thing as it has different options such as boost and sanitize.
The dishes are clean but without a drying cycle it seems as if I must wait forever for dry items to put away.

I can put anything with any kind of food or stain on it and it comes right off. All I use is the Costco dish detergent pods. It’s still advised to pre wash grease/meat/leafy foods. So glad my builder works with GE appliances.
see above; poor quality of racks and seems cheap compared to my old Bosch one

Hello Boba Penny - We appreciate you taking the time to share your review. Thank you so much for your feedback! We will be sure to pass this on to the appropriate team for future design and development. Have a good day! Olga@GEA
Dishwasher works as expected. Install was quick...the installers removed the old unit and installed this one in under 30 minutes. For larger kitchen utensils (spatulas, tongs, big spoons, etc) you have to lay them flat in the upper shelf since the spray bar will get tied up on the utensils if you have them in the silverware holder. It does have a removable debris catcher which is nice compared to other units. Yes, it comes with a sanitizer but it DOES NOT COME with a drying feature. Notice I said it does not come with a drying feature. Stop whining that it does not dry your plates...do research on what you purchase before you buy it. Besides, I never use the drying feature because most, if not all, dishwashers are not energy efficient when it comes to drying. Also, the unit is quiet...my family room and kitchen are connected and running the dishwasher during TV time is not affected. Overall, I am happy with the dishwasher.
