Quiet and does excellent clean job. Only downside is that the inside of door has fair amount of moisture after cycle finished (even hours later) although dishes are completely dry.
Bottom dish rack always comes off track, very poor design

Hi there,
Thanks for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear about the issues that you've had with your lower rack, we can understand how this would be frustrating.
We'd recommend checking the rollers on your lower rack to make sure that they are properly in place and that they are not possibly broken.
We do appreciate hearing your feedback and we'll be sure to pass this along to our design team for future products.
The dishes come out so clean - power of water even removes tea stains from the cup - and the machine is very quiet when machine is running. The only negative is the dishrack does not hold dishes in the same way as my previous GE washer. Also, the utensil tray doesn't hold as many utensils or any utensil which has a wider handle (i.e. spoons, forks, knives). The utensil in my prior dishwasher went from front to end and the current one is like a box that doesn't fit permanently like the other dishwasher.
I do not like the way the interior is set up. It is difficult to load the dishes unless you if you do not do it exactly like the manual, the machine won't open the soap dispenser. I have had to rerun the machine many times bc the detergent didn't release. The machine is louder than I anticipated. I had a Bosch and switched to this because it was in stock. I regret not waiting.

Hey there, we're very sorry to see you're unhappy with the way the interior on your dishwasher is set up, that the detergent cup doesn't always open and that it's louder than expected. We can imagine how frustrating this gets and we're happy to help.
For the detergent cup, we suggest the following tips: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=18903
If the problem persists, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) or by clicking here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
We're wishing you the best and we hope these tips help.
already had the tech out the first week since the bottom rack will not roll in and out. GE had to order a new rack. The silverware container will not attach to the dishwasher and silverware is left on the bottom after cycle. Can not use short wash since all the dishes are still wet. Booklet said to open the dishwasher after it is done. Sorry i run it at night

Hey there, we're terribly sorry to hear you had to have your lower rack replaced within the first week of you having this dishwasher and that the silverware container isn't attaching to the dishwasher. This must've been so frustrating for you, so we want to apologize for any inconvenience as well.
We're pleased to know you've had your dishwasher serviced and we appreciate your patience as you wait for a new rack to come in.
Our contractor messed up and didn't provide enough height for our prior GE dishwasher. Our only option was this shorter ADA dishwasher. It's a lot smaller than the GE Profile, but it's the best we could do.
