Cheap replacement - Read fine print
on June 16, 2022
Posted by: Cheap Dishwasher
I had my dishwasher replaced. Read the fine print. Had I read the complete description of what they replaced, I would have taken the money instead of the replacement. They replaced what I had for this cheap no drying piece of crap. Who in there right mind wants a dishwasher that doesn't dry. This dishwasher is considerably smaller then what I had, even though the outer area is the same. The silverware basket doesn't even fit correctly in the tray. Probably doesn't belong with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To improve the drying performance, we recommend adding a high quality rinse agents such as Cascade® Platinum™ Power Dry™ Rinse Aid or Finish® Jet-Dry® Rinse. it doesn't always actually turn on. So I have to go back and check. the racks are very strange with short tines ( for lack of a better word) these don't support my dishes and i have to lay them flat. Its just for my office so not terrible, but i don't recommend this machine. Plus the first 2 came in with damage. sheesh.

I’ve tried different cycles and 1/2 load still plates and utensils have A residue film. I’m using rinse aid. Even the tub has powdery residue.

Rack design not good, lower face plate unfinished.
on May 28, 2022

Lower rack prongs are too close for width of pans and casserole dishes. Upper rack does not accommodate wine glasses even if you lower it. Lower face plate look unfinished showing screws and slide adjustments. Not Pretty for spending alot of money.
