Just had this dishwasher installed today and hope to return it. It does not dry your dishes so if you are a fan to towel drying all your dishes or running to open the door so you dishes can ‘air dry’ THIS is the dishwasher for you! The silver ware basket does not fit properly. Also, the lower spray arm is not rotating (pressure is good & nothing blocking it)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there – thanks for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your new GE Dishwasher. Our apologies that you’ve been experiencing issues and we understand how frustrating it is when a new appliance doesn’t function as it should. We’d like to share some troubleshooting tips that will help!
Check out this article that explains how to get better drying performance in your dishwasher: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451&_ga=2.130518543.1282816242.1670339913-508599395.1669214566&_gac=1.14819842.1669477791.EAIaIQobChMIytq6nJjM-wIVdYlbCh2EygDYEAQYAyABEgKiffD_BwE
To ensure the spray arms can rotate freely, spin the spray arms with your hand and make sure they can make a full revolution. Some common items that may block the spray arm are utensils, cutting boards, large pots or pans, and items hanging down below the bottom of the rack/basket. If the dishwasher's lower or middle spray arm is not spinning, the dishwasher may not be filling with the proper amount of water. If the above suggestions do not correct the situation, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm -- We hope this resources are helpful and that you’re able to get your dishwasher working properly again very soon. Please feel free to reach out anytime if you have any other questions or concerns. Warm regards. Lauren@GEA
I paid extra to get a better quality dishwasher from my home insurance company. This machine is smaller, the silverware rack is not secured, the bottom rack comes off track every time I pull it out. This machine is so cheaply made, I doubt it will make it 2 1/2 years like the one before it. This is the very last GE dishwasher I will ever buy.

Hello - We're sorry to hear that you do not like the design of this dishwasher, and that the bottom rack comes off track each time. We understand that would be bothersome, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Regarding the size and design of this model, please know this dishwasher is tested for ADA compliance using these 5 requirements: Forward Reach, Forward Approach, Side Reach, Control Operation, Location of Controls. You may learn more here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=35567&_ga.
If a wheel has come off the rack, view this instructional video on the proper techniques to replace the lower rack wheel and retainer assembly: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=35591&_ga.
We are confident you will enjoy the wash performance of this dishwasher for many years. We're always here if you need anything. Take care, Shayla@GEA
Little small on the top, but the dishes came clean

This is a good dishwasher, but aunt all GR washers are? The top is a little small - low, the silverware basket doesn't 100% fit, the main cycle is very long, but over all we are happy

Interior is not set up for our needs. We had no choice as it was a replacement. Would not have purchased it, no rinse cycle.

Hey there,
We appreciate you connecting with us! At GE Appliances, we strive to deliver the highest quality products and services that meet every need of our consumers; however, we understand that there is always room for improvement. This said, we would like to apologize for the qualities of this dishwasher that you are unhappy with.
If you are interested in making the final rinse more effective, we highly recommend using the “Sanitize” setting. This option raises the water temperature during the final rinse to sanitize your dishware.
We hope this information helps, and if you ever need assistance, please know that you can always contact us. Kind regards – Matthew@GEA
For businesses, counter-top heights are lower than residential so, it is necessary to install a shorter dishwasher because a standard height residential dishwasher will not fit the opening for a built-in appliance. This dishwasher fits ADA requirements and cleans dishes well. I am displeased that dishes come out wet - there does not seem to be a heated drying cycle.
