Well, it washes the dishes anyway.

Not thrilled at all with the areas to place the dishes. Very odd set up and a strange bend in the holders throughout. Stainless steel holds the drip lines and watermarks even after the washing.

We are so sorry that your dishwasher has not lived up to your expectations due to the design of the racks. As we continue to make improvements to our appliances, your feedback is extremely important to us. We will pass this commentary along to our product team to review.
The bottom rack on this model has no stability for the "wheels". The rack, when pulling out or pushing in is terribly lose and has to be realigned each time it is utilized. Very annoying!!!!! I work in an office setting and this model is currently in our kitchen. The compartment where you put the dishwashing powder or capsule does not stay closed at all. I will be requesting a return.

We'd like to help with your dishwasher. If the detergent cup is not closing, we recommend referring to this link: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17455
The below video link describes how to adjust a lower rack in a dishwasher, so it rolls smoothly on the tub rack track. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBwYl4FSl40
Does not dry dishes this is the 1st dish washer I had that leaves the dishes soaked and don’t dry on there own. The dishwasher stays moist inside does not dry out. I just got it maybe I need to read the instructions more because I’m not liking it so far.

Broken in less than 2 years, control panel has shorted out. Warranty is only 1 year. Buyer beware.

It would be more convenient for the controls to be on the front instead of on top of the machine.

So far so great! I have had for 3 weeks and have used everyday. The dishes always come out sparkling clean, it does not have a drying feature, instead it has “condensate dry”. So sometimes they are still wet but I have found if you leave them in there overnight they will be dry in the morning. It is a lot quieter than the Whirpool I had from 2008. I like that it has a timer so you know when it will be done, This is a “smaller size” only by a few inches, but I am still able to get all my dishes in there like I used to with a “normal size”.
