[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a new purchase. I’ve had this tv since 2017 and because it’s old and Vizio doesn’t care about loyal customers my tv isn’t working properly. I believe it is a software issue but Vizio doesn’t update old televisions soft/firmware. So I am stuck turning the tv on and off until it decides to turn on. Sometimes it’s on for days and others hours. I’ve looked through numerous troubleshooting efforts from everywhere. I would buy another tv, that’s not Vizio, but I am unemployed and dealing with a lot of things. I am at my wits end.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
