Smart features were not as user friendly as other brands. The picture is not as clear.

Hello Fzmae, At VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. Sites like CNet, RTings, and Reviewed.com consistently rate VIZIOs picture quality among the best in the industry. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. If you’d like any assistance adjusting these settings and looking into your Smart features, our customer support team would love to help you dial in the TV to your preference, you can reach them at 877-878-4946.

We bought this Vizio M series 55 inch 4k HDTV and it has been outstanding! We live the picture quality and sound! It is a great bedroom TV!

Loved the first 55" Vizio that I bought another for our bedroom. It connects to Amazon Prime, Netflix and Airplay very easily. The clarity and colors are outstanding. The value is excellent.

The smart functions are great. I think the only smart channel I could not locate was Apple TV. If Vizio can get Apple TV that would allow me to move the Apple TV box to another TV.
