Great TV that Broke too soon

I bought this about a year and a half ago and the backlights already broke, Vizio didn’t do anything about it, I will never but Vizio again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best customer service in the business beautiful tv the picture is gorgeous when tuned correctly. The ui is a little clunky but who cares for the picture to price ratio this is best bang for buck. You will be satisfied for sure I was blown away with their customer service and replacement warranty services. I'll never ever buy a non Vizio tv or monitor ever again. Love it.

Great looking tv at a great price

I have had this tv for around a year now and I have never regretted purchasing it. First the picture quality is fantastic. This tv is sharp, the colors look great, and the local dimming really helps with contrast. Next the audio is just ok from the tv as to be expected on a modern tv. I have experienced a bug here or there but nothing much. Finally the TV's interface and smart features are good the tv provides all the apps you need and makes accessing them simple. This tv also has Chromecast built is so you can also use any Chromecast app. I recommend this tv allot but its also a good idea to look at their updated 2018 TV's.

TV came well packed about 1 month ago, set up was easy, colors and overall quality are pretty good I just wish the pixels at the edge of the screen were sharper. Hope the quality keeps up and that I don't get any problems. My TV was sold to me at a highly discounted price so I am happy with it for the price paid.
