A nice 4K TV that doesn't break the bank. The picture is gorgeous and it was super simple to set up. Only remote down side is the feet are on each end if you don't wall mount, so make sure you have a wide TV stand

The legs are way too far apart. I had to add a wooden top to accommodate the width of the legs. My last 55inch had a central base that was easily accommodated by the TV stand

Lots of inputs.
Sound is mediocre.

Crystal clear picture,inky blacks,color spectrum is beautiful!
4K UHD and Chromecast are nice features.

I like that when you enter custom picture settings (brightness,contrast, ect.) you have the option to save the settings under a specific name, and then password those settings.
If you are looking for a TV that has a great picture, is simple to setup, easy to use, then this is a excellent choice!

What can I say?? Awesome picture quality for a great price!! Easy to use and setup and did I mention the picture quality and clarity?? Beautiful TV!! This is the 8th VIZIO TV for my entire family and the quality is outstanding, bar none!! All 8 TVs are still alive and kicking with the oldest being 9yrs old!! You can't go wrong here!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture that this tv provides is incredible! The quality and colors are incredible! I love how clear the picture is when playing HDR video games or watching a movie in 4k. The built in smartest makes it incredibly easy to watch videos from my phone or computer on the big screen. I love this tv and I would highly recommend it!

this was a replacement for another 55" (M55ID-A-2 )which died due to lightning strike.
1st replacement was a bummer could not connect to WIFI,would turn set off and it would turn it's self back on.VISIO replaced it and replacement is working well .Bigest complaint is no free air capability, that sucks your stuck with Direct TV or Cable or buy TV Tuner. This fact is hidden in the ads. VIZIO tech support is the greatest very helpful .

The picture quality is fantastic. But low light/dark scenes are often ruined by terrible local dimming. I’m very disappointed in this. Most noticeable on dark scenes with bright sections.
