[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter doesn’t want to go potty yet. We’ll start again once winter is gone. The look of this potty is beautiful and appealing for princess girl.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it (after removing the battery)

We have been using this potty with our baby for EC. It’s great because the seat is small enough for her less than 1 year old bum not to fall in! I’m actually looking for a second one because we like it so much.
I would give 5 stars but, as others note, the sensor for the music is not quite right. It wasn’t an issue for us as we just removed the battery, but if your child wants the musical reinforcement I’d suggest a different option as this one would play sounds randomly when no one was near it, during potty time, right before etc (basically any time but not predictably).
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're sorry to hear this. Usually if this product begins to operate erratically, it means it's time to change the batteries, or you may need to reset the electronics. Slide the power switch off and then back on to reset. Please reach out to our Consumer Services team at 800-432-5437, Mon.- Fri., 9 am - 6 pm EST if fresh batteries doesn't help.
