I built this set in one day because I just couldn't stop! I was actually sad to be done with it. Though it wasn't the easiest build, it definitely wasn't the hardest. I love the set and it stays together really well, I can stand it up and there's no chance of it falling (unless my cats rub against it). I love all the little details and how the LM actually fits in the ship. Overall, a very sturdy and well designed Lego.

This is the first time I built anything with LEGO since I was a kid (I'm now 54) and I wanted to get back into it. The build was straight forward and fairly easy to build for me. It turned out fantastic and people just rave over it. Too bad it's retiring.

I bought this kit a few days after my birthday and was so excited to be able to build it. I am a science geek and as soon as I saw Lego had a Saturn V Rocket, I knew I needed one. The build is relatively simple with a lot of repetition. Two things I would warn prospective buyers about is that the circles in the middle for infrastructure are delicate if not put together correctly. Also, at one part they have some kind of pin, where you have to link some vent looking parts to it, and that part is kinda tricky, I had to get my experienced father to help me with that part. Other than that, it is a simple build, and an extremely rewarding finish.

Great product. So much fun to build. Love the details, it looks great sitting on the shelf. First LEGO the wife let me display in the house. Highly recommend.

it is one of the biggest build I have ever done. the one thing I don't like it the top tower it is not the strongest ( for the nerds the launch escape system) over all it is the best build ever. :)
