Great fun!

The last time I built something from legos was decades ago- and that was square houses! I had loads of fun building this while watching apollo documentaries. I have almost as much fun looking at it and imagining the awesome power and remarkable achievement of this machine.

Brings back memories

I grew up in the time of the Apollo missions. Saturn V was the rocket of the day. Brought back many fond memories of a time when every mission launch was a major televised event.
I was lucky to find a set still available with a retailer since the shopLEGO.com was out of stock.
The build was fun. Not complicated but incorporated some new fun ways to achieve the detailing required. Well done!

Nice Display Piece

A surprisingly quick build. Average of 31 minutes per bag. Some intricate connections to support the structure but nothing too challenging. It splits into three pieces but I wouldn't be confident separating them and putting them back together multiple times.

It was fun to build and completed in 6 hours non-stop. No problem with pieces put together and very sturdy after completed. Excellent Kit!

Houston we have “no” problem

Ok - for the moments over Xmas when you want to just relax what better than the Annual Lego build - I built this over a few days and really pleased with the result as an engineer you appreciate the work that must go into the design of these great Lego builds , the instructions are clear but pay attention as I had to dismantle part of the build when I realised I missed two bricks - 163 -2, - what’s great is this year I went to Houston and stood next to the real Saturn V, in my childhood watching the moon shots and landings was a wonder , i’m 57 & 3/4 Lego consisted of a fraction of today’s activities and options. What I need now is the launchpad

Incredible Lego set

This was one of my favourite Lego builds so far. A fantastic set. It's no wonder that it is always sold out because of it's value for money, detail and simply the quality of the build of the set is second to none. Back order it now - you won't regret it!

A fantastic kit, which reflects the capabilities of one of mankinds greatest achievements.
A fun kit to put togeather, had a few challenges in places, but nothing to major.
Makes a nice feature peace in my house.
