Fun build from start to finish!

This is such a fun set! I was lucky enough to pick it up early with my VIP membership. I took my time during the build, building one lion each evening over five nights. The set contains several pieces I've never seen before plus a lot of unique colors and parts and prints. The building techniques, some of which I've never seen before, add up to make a very fun and stable model. All in all I'm thrilled with this set and think it's probably my best purchase to date, and certainly my most enjoyable build.

Great Build

This was a great build for me. This was also the biggest build that I have done. So all around just a great figure and a big support for the Lego's Ideas program. You build each lion separately and then can put all five together to build Voltron. This is based on the 84' series as opposed to the current Netflix version. Each lion is pretty sturdy and the figure once completed is actually very heavy for a Lego build.
At 2300 + pieces it's a more advanced build, but since it's based on the older series I would say that this build is more for older children or adults who were fans of the show.

I have always wanted a Voltron robot and I finally have one. The minute I saw it was coming out I knew this would not only be my first LEGO set for myself but my first Voltron purchase. And I was not disappointed. The amount of effort put into the design and functionality is evident. The build is as much fun as the final product. It has been worth every penny I paid and I have already recommended it to my LEGO building friends. Thank you so much LEGO for making this idea happen!

Fantastic set!

I bought sets for both myself and my nephew and we loved putting Voltron together! The lions look amazing and I was shocked when they went together and actually formed Voltron! I've already convinced several friends to buy it as it's well worth the time. Highly recommended!

Ok so I got this for Christmas from my family after seeing it in stores the week prior. I love my Lego and keep my sets separate from all the kids sets in a glass cabinet. Voltron now stands in that cabinet proudly defending my lounge room, he is awesome and was great fun to build. You can build the Lions in any order, I mixed it up and finished with the larger black one at the end. You could let others help you, I didn't as its mine and I love it!

One of my top 5 favorite kits I have ever built. A really good mix of small, intricate portions and large, yet detailed sections. The fact that it all works as individual lions and as the full Voltron is just fantastic.

A very enjoyable build. Each lion has a slighty different build so it isn’t boring.
Great detail and a very welcome addition to my Lego collection.
