Form feet and legs!

Amazing Amazing Voltron Lego set. I can't really say i have any negative things to say about this set. I absolutely LOVE IT. I hope there are more voltron sets to come out like the Paladins, maybe a smaller version as well, Vehicle Voltron next!!

I was only a minor fan of the original Voltron show growing up, but this set seemed very impressive from the first announcement, so I was quite excited to get it. And I am not disappointed! It is very, very well designed. It is satisfyingly large, and fun to build and interact with.
Having the ability to assemble the lions separately and then combine them elevates this even further. It's fun to just interact with it. There are definitely areas that you can nitpick, specifically the lack of mobility and poseability with the black lion, but you can understand why it was designed the way it was when you see how structurally strong Voltron is when assembled.
Basically, if you think this set seems like it would be cool, then you won't be disappointed. It is great!

Grow up in the 80’s with Lego and Voltron was super excited when Lego brought this set out great build had fun building it

Voltron is awesome! Almost wish I bought two so I could display lions and combined forms together.
Black lion will require at least two hours to build, his legs are fixed position though his head tilts and nods and the wings expand.
Yellow and Blue lion will require up to an hour each, their mouths open and close, the legs rotate on the shoulder and the knees/ankles are jointed for posing.
Red and Green lion require up to a hour hour each to build, mouths are fixed position, the legs rotate on the shoulder and the knees/ankles are jointed for posing.
Additionally, Red and Green bodies are jointed in the middle which is cool! All their tails are jointed as well.
When do we get the chance to buy the 5 mini-figures to stand in front of the lions?! (that would rule..)
Love it. It's a deadly 80's set, that's all I can say. ^_^

Really nice set, especially if you're a Voltron fan,it's a must have! Although it is impressive in detail and size it is more of a display piece,and less of a toy.the only disappointment for me would be the mobility of the black lion as a stand alone figure.upon assembling the lions to form Voltron,the sacrifices made to the black lion seem to in place to support the weight of Voltron. In comparison to an actual voltron it is spot on for Lego being the medium..only difference would be the some of the colors on the blue and yellow lions.overall an awesome set!

This was a fantastic build. I've waited my entire life for a build like this, building transformers as a child.
The one thing that would have made this even more fun would be to have minifigures. :)

this play-set is awesome.. however the head designs are totally different from the original designs submitted by the original creator and designer leandro tayag aka len_d69.
I hope Lego can consider releasing a MOD version where the head design follows the modification done by sir leny, len_d69. (check him on FB for details on what I'm talking about) also, i hope Lego could also release an expansion pack where there are additional weapons from each 5 lions and other weapons for the Voltron including the 5 original pilots minifigs.

my disappointment is that when modding this set, the parts are hard to find and order specially when your looking for a particular piece/brick that you need to make the applicable changes or modifications.
in total, this set brought me back to Lego collection again!
