Best Display LEGO Set!

Wow this is awesome and I must say, I am quite impressed with the set!, One caveat to this is the instructions aren't very good. There are several times where the number listed above (# of blocks) does NOT equal the number needed for the step, or sometimes it puts the onus on you to figure out what steps need to be repeated. The average LEGO builder would be able to figure this out quite easily but it is a little frustrating to say the least. The end product is gorgeous (I actually did not receive all of the "water" blocks but they are shipping them to me).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely Beautiful

I bought this set to build with my significant other who has never owned a LEGO set before. It is also nice to display in our home without having to build an actual ship in a bottle. This set was the best set under $100 and is well worth its price. It is absolutely beautiful and detailed with tiny accurate globes and a compass. We didn’t like how the compass was hidden under the bottle, however. The boat it self can be fun to play with by itself until you have to build the bottle around it. The whole set is pretty fragile and the water pieces can be lost easily as they are loose, so be careful upon handling. We had fun dumping the water pieces into the bottle. Great set to build with someone else or by yourself for a few hours.

This is the set that got me back into building Lego. It is a bit of challenging build, just because of how small of scale a lot of it is.
I really enjoyed how it came together, and how they used pieces at that scale. It makes an amazing display piece as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Their is a lot of 1x2 clear plates that could be 1x4 or 1x6.
It seems they are there to up the piece count. Otherwise an interesting build.

Loved building this. I wish there was a little more to it it didnt take very long to build and my 4 year old daughter even helped me with most of it. But I really enjoyed building it and it looks awesome on my mantle. Ive already gotten a lot of compliments on it.

This is an amazing piece. It looks great, much larger than you may think. Totally worth the price. The bottle assembly is challenging since its all clear bricks but the rest is no big deal. This is hands down one of my top favorite Lego sets!!!
